This Petition is filed claiming following reliefs: "(a) that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 be directed by this Hon'ble Court to investigate the Petitioner's complaint dated 6th May, 2015, Exhibit-A hereto as per law, through officials of a branch other than the branch/es in which Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are officiating, and preferably by officials of a suitable branch, of a rank of the Deputy Commissioner of Police or higher as this Honourable Court deemed fit;
(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to institute an inquiry into the conduct of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 and to Shivgan

During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the Petitioner pointed out that the Petitioner has received letter dated 1.12.2015 from the Assistant Police Commissioner, Crime Branch, AntiExtortion Cell . By this letter, the Petitioner is requested to remain present before the said Assistant Commissioner of Police in respect of his complaint against the Respondent Nos.3 and 4. The counsel for the Petitioner stated that since the Petitioner's grievance is taken care of by the said Assistant Commissioner of Police, the Petitioner does not want to proceed further and on instructions of Arun Yadav in house lawyer of the Petitioner, who is present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. Leave granted. The Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. (A. K. MENON, J.) (RANJIT MORE, J.) Shivgan
