Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking to restoration of Writ Petition No.9568 of 2018 which stand dismissed in view of conditional order dated 27.08.2018 passed by this court i.e. to remove all office objections.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

a) Writ Petition No.9568 of 2018 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

b) Applicant to remove all office objections on or before 09.10.2018.
