Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 20 October 2021 and the grounds taken in the petition are all directed towards this challenge. Thereafter, the show cause notice has been adjudicated upon and the Order in Original was passed on 20 February 2023. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will file a fresh petition challenging the Order in Original taking such grounds as available in law.

Keeping the contentions of the parties open, including the one of the Respondents of availability of an alternate remedy, the writ petition is disposed of.
