This Miscellaneous Civil Application seeks transfer of a matrimonial proceeding pending on the file of the Family Court at Thane to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, before whom Special Civil Suit No.1267 of 2016 is pending. It is prayed that the two proceedings be clubbed and heard together. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
