Heard learned counsel for the Applicant-Petitioner. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the Petitioner to grant back wages against Respondent Nos. 1 to 3Management and the Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project for back wages.

On 21 January 2019 an order came to be passed whereby it was directed that sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- would be Y.S.Patil

2 901-IA-1258-2023.doc deposited in the Court. The said amount after further orders has been deposited.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has received instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition and states that amount i.e. deposited be permitted to be withdraw. Learned counsel for the Petitioner asserts that copy of the Application is served on the Respondent-Management and they are supporting Petitioner.

Proceeding on the statement made, we dispose of the Writ Petition as withdrawn and allow the Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (a).
