The Civil Application is moved for restoration of the Petition as the Contempt Petition was dismissed for non furnishing the correct addresses of the Contemnor.

In view of these submission, the Civil Application is allowed. The order dated 28th September, 2015 is hereby recalled and the Petition is restored to its original file.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Petitioner wants to serve the Respondents by way of publication in the newspaper Navshakti and Mid Day as their addresses are not known.

The Petitioner is allowed to serve the Contemnor by way of service in the newspaper Navshakti and Mid Day. However, it is to be noted that it is a Contempt Petition where the service is necessary to be affected satisfactorily with the Contemnors. The publication copy is to be produced on the next date.

Stand over to 1st February, 2016.
