Learned A.G.P. submits that, the relevant acknowledgment receipts and the additional affidavit needs to be filed, in order to resist the application for condonation of delay filed by the Applicants herein before the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, Parel, Mumbai. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicants has no objection thereto. 3.

Hence, the impugned orders passed by the Trial Court are set aside. The matters are remanded to the Trial Court with liberty to the 1/2 CRA-15 & 41-2017.doc

Respondents to file additional documents and additional affidavit. Thereafter, the Trial Court to decide the said applications as expeditiously as possible.
