Neither the petitioner nor the advocates are present in the court. By this petition the petitioner challenges the order dated 11/07/2013 and the subsequent order for execution. By the impugned orders the petitioner has been directed to pay the interim maintenance to the respondents. There is no interim relief granted in this petition. However, it is possible that the petitioner on the basis of pendency of the present petition is avoiding payment of interim maintenance to the respondent-wife.
