Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by original opponent no.2 for condonation of 30 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 29.5.2014 passed by MACT, Satara in MACP No.296 of 2010.

The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that applicant has not shown sufficient cause for inordinate delay. Hence, same be dismissed.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Mohite 1/2

902 caf2523-15.doc averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Delay of 30 days in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 29.5.2014 passed by MACT, Satara in MACP No.296 of 2010 is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
