This petition seeks to challenge the voters list finalised by respondent nos.1 society. However, when the matter is called out today the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the petition with liberty to adopt the appropriate remedies as may be available in law. Accordingly, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
