Mr. Adagule learned Advocate for the Respondent in both the Second Appeals conceded to the said fact. Photocopy of the said Memorandum of Undertaking dated 24th March, 2021, executed between the parties (in Marathi vernacular) is submitted to this Court. The said Memorandum of Undertaking is accompanied with a Power of Attorney given by the Respondents in both the Second Appeals in favour of Mr. Pralhad Bapusaheb Kamble. The copy of said Memorandum of Undertaking is taken on record and marked "X" for for identification.

In view of the compromise arise between the parties herein, both the Second Appeals are disposed off in terms of the said Memorandum 2/3
