The Applicant, a woman is one of the accused in Crime No.116 of 2018. Her passport has been seized by the Investigating Officer. The same is said to be in the custody of the court. The Applicant wants to visit Mecca Madina in the month of Ramzan. Paragraph 3 of the impugned order indicates that the Investigating Officer had reservation to release the passport of the Applicant in view of the ground that she may abscond. Admittedly, the Applicant has
