By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks to set aside the order dated 05.08.2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) by which the Writ Petition (St.) No. 35584 of 2015 stands dismissed for non removal of office objections within stipulated time.

The Applicant party in person submits that his Advocate on record Mrs. Varsha Kapse was unable to attend this matter as she was on maternity leave during that period. He further submits that he is Sneha Chavan 1/2

PR 1 caw 3002-16=.doc ready and willing to remove the office objections on or before 23.12.2016.

Considering the submissions made by the Applicant party in person and the reasons disclosed in paragraph 2 of the Civil Application and as the Applicant is ready and willing to remove all office objections on or before 23.12.2016, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out case for allowing Civil Application.

Hence, following order is passed:

a) Order dated 05.08.2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside.

b) Writ Petition (St.) No. 35584 of 2015 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits. c) Applicant to remove all office objections on or before 23.12.2016, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

d) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
