The identical matter in which grievance made by the petitioner against cognizance of complaint filed by borrower Mr. Pritam Gholap is disposed of today in Writ Petition No.4278/2018. 2.
Heard. The complainant is guarantor. He claims that he did not sign any loan papers. FIR is of the year 2016 and chargesheet is already presented.

The petitioner pointed out that loan proposal is ultimately sanctioned by board of directors of bank and as such the petitioner cannot be blamed in the matter. The petitioner at the relevant time was Branch Manager and while invoking extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court he has not taken any specific defence.
