This is an Application taken out for condonation of delay of 156 days in filing the Revision Application. Perused the Application. Cause stated therein is illness of the father of the Applicant and that some time that was lost in gathering some necessary documents and seeking legal advice. Considering the cause made out which in my opinion is sufficient, the Application No.6 of 2014 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). Place the Civil Revision Application (St.)No. 29281 OF 2013, for admission, on 29 April 2015. Objections, if any, to be removed. (N.M.Jamdar, J.)
