Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner was suspended by an order dated 17th December, 2013. On the same day departmental enquiry was initiated. According to Counsel appearing for petitioner, since then the respondent administration has not taken any further steps.

Learned Counsel appearing for CIDCO on instructions submits that by a communication dated 30th June, 2017 the order of suspension passed against the petitioner is revoked. The communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Learned Counsel appearing for CIDCO submits that petitioner may resume his duties, if not resumed so far.
