This is an application for condonation of delay of 196 days in preferring present appeal against acquittal.

Learned advocate appearing for respondent no.1 opposed the application and submitted that proper explanation for condonation of said delay has not been given by the applicant and therefore it may not be condoned.

Perusal of application would indicate that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.
