In view of the subsequent event of rejection of representation in regard to the approval of Petitioner's services, learned counsel for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the order by which approval to Petitioner's services was rejected. He, however, submits that interim order passed on 29th October 2013 be made operative for a period of three weeks enabling the Petitioner to file a fresh petition and to seek interim orders. Leave is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition as aforesaid. Interim order passed on 29th October 2013 shall remain in operation for three weeks from today.
