Respondent no. 1-wife initiated proceedings under the provisions of Protections of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 which is pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class at Contonment Court, Pune.

By way of present petition, prayer is moved for quashing of the said proceedings.

On 04/01/2023, none appeared for the petitioners. Today also when the matter is called out none appeared for the petitioners. 4.

In view of above, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
