In pursuance of the order dated 11.10.2017, the investigating officer has recorded the statement of first informant Ms Akanksha S. Jain and it is submitted that the first informant has received the said amount of Rs. 9,65,000/- from co-accused namely Sagar Jagtap. 2.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 11.10.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the Applicant is directed to attend the investigating officer from 14th to 16th December, 2017 between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and to join the process of investigation.
