The above Civil Applications have been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.2 Laxmikant @ Laxmidas Govindji Kumbhar @ BGP.

The applications filed are therefore in time. Hence, there is no impediment in allowing the applications for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.2 on record. The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Respondent No.2 are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within eight weeks from date.
