The challenge in the petition is to the communication dated 13/12/2021 passed by the Respondent-Director, Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Pune.

Mr. Anturkar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner-Trust would urge that the entire pleadings alongwith the supporting documents and written notes of arguments in response to show cause notice dated 22/01/2021 shall be completed before the said authority by 09/01/2023.

He would further assures that no further adjournment shall be sought thereafter for the purpose of filing explanation or ssd/akn 1/2

We expect the said authority to schedule the date of hearing thereafter and shall be permitted the petitioner to be represented through lawyer of their choice.

Needless to clarify that on the date of hearing as shall be fixed by the Director, the lawyer of the petitioner shall not be seeking any adjournment on whatsoever ground. We expect the Director to conclude the hearing and pass appropriate order in the matter in any case by not later then 31/03/2023. 7.
The order impugned in case if adverse to the interest of the petitioner, shall remain stayed for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such order.

The petition stands disposed of.
