After arguing for some time the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge all the orders on the basis of which the notice dated 22 nd May, 2014 was issued by the Tahasildar.

She however made a limited prayer that since the stay
WP.12330/2016(P-42-24.10) order granted by the Respondent State was operating since 5 th June, 2014 till the matter has been finally decided by the State vide order dated 20 th September, 2016 the said interim stay granted by the state to be continued for a period of 8 weeks enabling the Petitioner to seek remedy as may be available to the Petitioner against the order dated 20 th September, 2016 and all other orders on the basis of which impugned notice dated 22 nd May, 2014 was issued.

With the aforesaid liberty the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order passed by the State on 5 th June, 2014 shall continue for a period of 8 weeks. 5.
Needless to say that we have not observed upon the merits of the matter and all contentions are left open. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
