After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners Mr.Dande seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petitions to seek appropriate recourse in the event the charge-sheet is filed by the Investigating Agency.

The above Criminal Writ Petitions are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to state that if any application/applications for discharge is filed, the same would be heard and decided on its/their own merits and in accordance with law. Interim order stands vacated.
