By an order dated 12/1/2017 the applicant was granted 8 weeks time to deposit the entire amount of Rs. 46 Lakhs and on that assurance, execution of non-bailable warrant was stayed. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that due Talwalkar 1/2

2p.appp906.16.sxw to inevitable circumstances, he could not deposit the amount within 8 weeks. Hence, he prayed for further extension of 4 weeks. In the interest of justice, further four weeks are granted to deposit the amount of Rs. 46 Lakhs. Execution of nonbailable warrant is stayed for further period of four weeks from today.
