Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The main grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent Authority failed and neglected to comply the order dated 06.12.2017 passed by this court in Writ Petition (ST) No.33532 of 2017.
The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, Respondent no.2 District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bandra, Mohite 1/2
1 wpst27937-18.doc Mumbai started action under section 83 of the the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.
The learned A.G.P. for the Respondent authority submits on instruction from Mr.Pratap Patil, District Deputy Registrar that they will complete the enquiry under section 83 of the said Act within 12 weeks from today.
In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P. nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.
Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
