Writ Petition takes exception to the order dated 1st September, 2023 passed in Revision Application No.198 of 2023 by which the original defendants' application for permission to crossexamine PW-1 came to be rejected. 2.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that subject to the cross-examination being made time bound, there is no objection, if the impugned order is quashed and set aside and the defendants are permitted to cross-examine PW-1. 3.

In light of above, impugned order dated 1st September, 2023 is quashed and set aside. The cross-examination of the PW-1 be completed by the defendants in three dates of hearing. BGP.
