This is an application by the Appellant/State seeking stay of impugned Judgment and Award dated 11.11.2009 passed in LAR No. 466 of 2002 by the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Barshi (Reference Court). The application is filed in November 2010, however it is numbered late. There is no clear information available as on today, whether the amount under impugned award is deposited by the Appellant/State or not. We are in the year 2024. No orders are passed in this application. Not even notices are issued. 2.
