The above Writ Petition has been filed for quashing the Sessions Case No.891 of 2017 pending before the Sessions Court, Pune. The said case has arisen out of the F.I.R. registered with the Yerawada Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 352, 354, 354A, 354C, 376, 403, 406, 420, 504, and 120B read with 34 of the IPC.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to avail of the statutory remedy available under the Cr.P.C. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn.
