34-APPA-1425-2017.doc Heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicant. He submits that as the applicant is the victim of the crime in question, he needs to be heard, and therefore he has moved an application for intervention.

None for the appellant/accused. The learned APP appears for the State.

The applicant who is the alleged victim of the crime in question, though cannot address the court in the prosecution launched by the State, he can certainly assist the learned APP. In this view of the matter, the application is disposed of with an order that the applicant is permitted to assist the prosecutor in conducting the instant appeal.

The application is accordingly disposed off.
