1] Applicant, father-in-law of the complainant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 1124/2021 registered with Virar Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 354, 323 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Perused the F.I.R. and other material available on record. Complainant has made accusations against all the family members of the applicant viz. wife of applicant, son etc. In that view of the matter, 1/2

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. 1124/2021 registered with Virar Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 354, 323 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence. (iii) Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 27/12/2021 to 30/12/2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
