The Respondent No.2 has expired on 30.08.2015 and the above Civil Applications have been filed on 23.10.2015. The applications filed are therefore in time. Hence, there is no impediment in allowing the applications for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.2 on record. The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Respondent No.2 are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within eight weeks from date. The Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. [R.M.
