1] The Applicant was issued with notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. in connection with 121/2022 which invoke offence punishable under Section 406, 420 of the IPC. According to the learned APP the notice was issued on 10.08.2022, but the Applicant has not reported. Though, Mr. Pasbola disputed the said statement, I deem it appropriate to grant some time for the applicant to report to the Investigating Officer.

2] Let the Applicant report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from today.

Upon his presence, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. and record reasons in case if he comes at a conclusion that custodial interrogation 1/2
