This petition is filed for seeking direction to respondent no.1 to take cognizance of the complaint dated 6th November 2014, copy of which is annexed at Exh.A to the petition. Perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner has not given any information under Section 154 of the Cr.P.C. However, notice was given by the lawyer to the Inspector Incharge of D.N. Nagar Police Station, Andheri (W), Mumbai.

We are, therefore, not inclined to issue any directions to the Uday S. Jagtap

4318-14-wp=.doc respondent no.1. The petitioner, however, is at liberty to approach before the Officer Incharge of the concerned Police Station under Section 154 of the Cr.P.C.
