Heard learned counsel for parties.

By this Civil Application, the applicants/original petitioners are seeking to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition in view of the subsequent developments. Considering the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicants and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus- Pg 1 of 2

11.caw.2520.2017.doc (A) "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the applicants to amend the Writ Petition by adding the amended para No. 19(a) to 19(i) and prayer clause 25(ba) and 25(bb) of the Writ Petition as mentioned in para 2 of the present Civil Application."

(B) The applicants to carry out the amendment on or before 8th June, 2018, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court;

(C) If the amendment is carried out within the stipulated time as stated above, the applicants to serve the amended copy of the Writ Petition on the Respondents immediately thereafter within two weeks and file an affidavit of service on record; (D) The Respondents are permitted to file their additional affidavit-in-reply with a copy to the other side for the amended copy of the Writ Petition within two months thereafter;

(E) The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly; (F) No costs.
