In the order dated 25/10/2021 while disposing of ABA/ 2522/2019, this Court had observed that the applicant had shown his willingness to voluntarily deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs before the School Tribunal, Kolhapur within a period of 8 weeks from 25/10/20021.

Now an application has been filed by the applicant stating that there is no provision for depositing the amount before the School Tribunal and it would be more appropriate to deposit the said amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Khandala who has jurisdiction to try

13. IA-3327-2021.doc the case in relation to C.R.No. 139 of 2019. Learned APP has no objection in allowing the prayer made in this application.

The application is allowed. Accordingly, the applicant is now permitted to deposit the amount of Rs. 5 lakhs as per order dated 25/10/2021 passed in ABA/2522/2019 before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Khandala within a period of 8 weeks from today. 4.
