This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition by setting aside the order dated 16th August 2016 passed by the Registrar by which the registration of the petition was refused on account of the non removal of the office objections. The learned Nilam Kamble by Nilam Kamble Date: 2020.02.21 17:47:39 +0530 counsel for the applicants submits that he will remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. Statement so made is accepted.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed subject to the applicant depositing costs of Rs.10,000/- with the Legal Services Committee within two weeks and further N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

4-caw-1701-2019 in rc-991-2017 subject to the condition of the removal of the office objection within the same period. It is made clear that the deposit of the costs and the removal of the office objections is condition precedent to the impugned order being set aside.
