There is absolutely no reason to entertain this petition. The petitioner filed this appeal before the SDO on 23/10/2015 and same was posted for hearing on 27/10/2015. In the meanwhile it was realised the respondent has filed caveat. Therefore notice was directed to be served upon caveator. In such circumstances, there is absolutely no justification on the part of the petitioner to rush to this court and apply for interim relief during the pendency of proceedings before the SDO. In fact this petition is an abuse of the process of this court and therefore the same is dismissed.
