P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the Trial arising out of CR No. 181 of 2018 registered with Islampur Police Station, District Sangli, now culminated in Special Case No. 12 of 2018 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Islampur does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
