Mr. Salvi, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that this intervention application has been filed by the original complainant in CR No.366/2015 registered with Borivali Police Station, Mumbai, with a view to espouse the cause and to oppose the bail application preferred by the accused. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. Application is allowed.
