The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the decree passed by the Appellate Court is already been executed. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants disputes this position. In view of this, parties are directed to maintain status-quo pending the decision of the Appeal. It is further directed that the Deputy/Assistant Charity Commissioner at Pune shall conduct an inquiry as contemplated under Section 19(2) of the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and record the findings in respect of the suit property. The parties are at liberty 1/2

cas-2126-12 to approach this Court after the order is passed by the said Authority. The Authority is directed to complete the inquiry within a period of 12 months from today.
