The applicant is arrested on 4th June, 2019 in connection with C.R. No. 223 of 2019 registered with Dombivali Police Station, for offences punishable under Sections 370 (2) and (3) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that on 3rd June, 2019, secret information was received by the police that the applicant is indulging in prostitution activities by providing the victim girls to the customers. Raid was conducted. The applicant was arrested. Statements of the witnesses were recorded. On completing investigating, charge-sheet was filed.

The applicant had preferred an application for bail before the Sessions Court which has been rejected by order dated 20th September, 2019.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. She is in custody from the date of arrest.

Learned APP submitted that investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. The applicant played role in the prostitution activities. On information received by the police, raid was conducted. 6.

Investigation is completed. Applicant is in custody from the date of arrest. There are no criminal antecedents against her. She is a lady. Bail can be granted to applicant.

O R D E R

i) Bail Application No.2782 of 2019 is allowed;

ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 223 of 2019 registered with Dombivali Police Station on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

iii) The applicant shall report concerned police station once in a month on every first Saturday between 11.00 am. to 1.00 pm. till further order. iv) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
