It is not in dispute that alternative and efficacious remedy is available to the applicant. Hence, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent powers. The application is dismissed, with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court. The applicant is entitled to seek condonation of delay.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is intending to file the revision before the Sessions Court within a week from today. In view of this, the learned trial Court to defer the hearing of the matter till 28 March 2024. R. N. LADDHA, J.
