Learned counsel for the Petitioner pointed out that the order of the learned Single Judge has been confirmed by judgment and order dated 2nd April, 2018 of the Appeal Bench. 3] As the Petitioner Company has been ordered to be wound up, the Petition is not maintainable at the instance of the Petitioner Company and the same is disposed of.
