The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of order dated 11.01.2018 in Company Petition No. 656 of 2013 and other connected matters. Under the said order, the petitioner company has been ordered to be wound up. 2.

Hence, this Writ Petition at the instance of company ordered to be wound up, is not maintainable and same is accordingly disposed of.

However, this order will not prevent the Official Liquidator from taking appropriate steps.
