The application is already rejected as against Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, vide order dated 17th June, 2016 and the same is pending only in respect of Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, the Respondent No. 7-State being a formal party. The office endorsement shows that Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are not yet served. The Applicant as such is directed to take steps and serve Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the application shall stand dismissed without reference to the court.
