The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 28.10.2015 the applicants have attended the concerned Police Station on the stipulated dates and co-operated in the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary however, the applicants may be directed to attend the concerned police station till filing of the charge sheet.
2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 28.10.2015 is hereby confirmed.
3) The applicants are directed to attend the concerned police station as and when called for till the filing of the charge sheet. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police station, the Investigating officer shall issue a notice under Section 160 of the Cr.P.C.
