ORDER:- Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition with a direction to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Thane to decide the Application/Complaint dated 1 October 2015 in accordance with law, which is pending with them. We are not expressing anything on merits of the matter and it is to the Municipal Corporation to take care and pass the order, within four months from today.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with above direction. No costs.
