The Counsel appearing for the Non Applicant has fairly conceded that the Non-Applicant can bear the reasonable travel expenses of the Applicant.

In the aforesaid background, the application is disposed of by following order :

O R D E R

(A) The Non-Applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- in the Family Court, Thane in proceeding being Petition No. A-491 of 2018.

(B) On each date, when the Applicant attends the proceedings at Family Court, Thane, the Applicant will be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,000/- towards travel and out of pocket expenses. (C) The Non-Applicant shall maintain deposit of Rs.5,000/- till final disposal of the said proceedings.
