The learned counsel appearing for Respondent has handed over Demand Draft for an amount of Rs.11,72,59.60 to the learned counsel for Petitioner. It is submitted that the said amount is in respect of 1/3 share of the Petitioner in the Contempt Petition for the period from July 2022 to August 2023. The learned counsel for Respondent, after taking instructions from his client makes statement that the due amount from the month of September 2023 shall be paid to the Petitioner every month.
